A Kind Review

I received the kindest review today from my client and couldn’t help but share it!

Vanessa did a great job searching for and facilitating the process of owning my first home.  Her communication skills and attention to detail providing insight into the pros and cons of features of the house are unparalleled and I couldn’t recommend her more.  She sought out potential houses meeting my many preferences and delivered beyond my expectations to the point where I couldn’t be happier with my purchase.  Upon an accepted offer Vanessa cleared the way for a path to closure explaining every step of the process clearly and efficiently. She interfaced between me and the seller very well, providing fair concessions for counteroffers and agreements to amendments to the contract.  Vanessa is what every realtor should strive to provide professionally and I intend to utilize her skills, knowledge, and expertise should I choose to sell in the future.  But with the beautiful home she found and fought for me, I don’t see that happening anytime soon.
